BerlinCode42 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law (BDSG).

When you register for a trial or purchase access, we collect the following personal data:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • TradingView username
  • Country of legal residence
  • Unique client number (auto-generated)
  • Selected plan and payment method
  • Date and time of registration or purchase
  • Optional note (if provided)

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed manually via bank transfer or Bitcoin.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To grant you TradingView invite access, manage your account, and process payments.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): To comply with applicable tax and accounting obligations.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To maintain records of access grants and payments, and to prevent fraud.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where you have explicitly consented, for example to receive service-related communications.

4. Data Storage

Your registration and purchase data is stored locally by the admin in a structured CSV file. This file is not hosted on any public server. Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with legal retention obligations (typically 7–10 years for financial records under German law).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • Where required by law or court order;
  • With TradingView, to the extent necessary to grant your invite access (only your TradingView username is used for this purpose).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Registration data is downloaded as a local CSV file and is not transmitted to any external server through this website.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request that we restrict processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
